These Terms of Business govern your use of FantasticFibres.ie website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Placing and Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order is only accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. For DHL or custom shipping arrangements, any additional costs will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time or ordering. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card or payment details.

Products

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Please be aware that:

  • Natural fibres and wool flock are natural products - colour, texture and appearance may vary slightly between batches

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the finished product

  • Educational resource content is subject to change and improvement over time

All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions and educational resources is the property of Evolve Regeneration Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Educational resources purchased from us are licensed for use by the purchasing school or individual only, and may not be shared, resold or redistributed save insofar as is permitted in accordance with the copyright notice contained in the Teacher’s Guide .

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish Law, Evolve Regeneration Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
