We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issue that may have arisen. You are, however, permitted within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to cancel it. If you do this you will have a further 14 days within which to return your purchase and receive a refund subject to the conditions for return below.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

• Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return to info@evolveregen.ie. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For digital downloads, you won’t be entitled to a refund for change of mind, as by checking out, you’ll have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this means your right to cancel no longer applies. If your download is faulty or corrupted, you can contact us at info@evolveregen.ie and we will resend the file or issue a refund.

For boxes supplied to DEIS, isolated rural or island schools at no cost to the school, under the Education for Sustainable Development grant, the above change-of-mind returns policy does not apply. Boxes supplied in this category can only be returned or replaced in the case of fault, damage or incorrect items.
